Hello! I worked on the blocks more today and got them all sewn together. Now I'm just thinking about putting a border on or not. I plan on adding some wool applique and we'll see how that looks! We all think it is looking pretty! Just not primitive! LOL! I'll keep plugging along, and keep you posted too!
Have a great evening! If you are near, come by for open craft night tonight, 6-9pm!
Wonderful quilt, love that design.
ReplyDeleteI would love to drop by, but might be a bit out of my way, lol.

What is the size? I think some wool applique will look very nice. Have you plans to distress it?
ReplyDeleteHow about a bit of ageing? on the background before you add the wool.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much! I'll measure the quilt today, never thought of it yesterday, didn't even measure the blocks! LOL! Just sewed them up and together! Yes, some ageing and wool are in order! Stay tuned! I can't wait to get back to it, after my small quilts club today!

Me too Cheri! I've been wanting to make a queen size for my bed for years, and have fabric I bought for it especially! One day I will cut into it and start!
ReplyDeleteKathy Thanks! Have fun making Cheri's little quilt! I loved making it when I tested the pattern! Too fun, you will love the Winter issue quilt also!
